In 2010 and 2011, Lawrence Opera Theatre built on its early success by establishing important partnerships with Asbury United Methodist Church and the University of Kansas. These collaborations helped expand our presence in the Lawrence arts community, offering new venues and opportunities for emerging artists. Though records of the 2011 season are limited, these formative years laid the groundwork for our continued growth, solidifying our commitment to bringing opera to the region and fostering creative collaboration.
