2014 was a milestone year for Lawrence Opera Theatre, as we partnered with Theatre Lawrence for the first time—a collaboration that has since become a cornerstone of our annual season. This year also marked another major achievement: our first production of a full-length opera. With this expansion, we took a significant step forward in our mission to bring professional-level opera to the Lawrence community. The partnership with Theatre Lawrence provided an exceptional venue, helping us elevate the scale and quality of our productions as we continued to grow artistically and organizationally.
