In 2017, Lawrence Opera Theatre introduced a new era with the season theme "Faces of Love" and a fresh logo: the iconic phoenix rising from the flame, designed by Flory Designs. This striking symbol reflected our ongoing transformation and growth. Season 8 also featured a special concert at the historic Castle Tea Room, where we celebrated Franz Schubert’s 220th birthday with an intimate performance honoring the composer’s enduring contributions to classical music.
